You are responsible for the sales and growth of the products belonging to the Vascular Access Management portfolio. You execute the VAM strategy in line with the business objectives. Key to that approach of different target groups within the hospital is solution selling as part of innovative products. Other activities exist out of developing and executing the sales strategy, cross-collaboration with colleagues of other BU’s, and work on promotional activities such as Product presentations, trials, and attending congresses. Trials in particular are a priority as the organisation is focused on supporting clinical professionals via active involvement or with a coordinating role.
