With a virtual presence in every country, the organisation is a pioneer in markets like medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. Through the combination of Capital Equipment and IT, they are able to manage multiple systems, reduce inefficiency and make the medication available when and where needed.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll play a crucial role in growing the customer base and achieving revenue goals. Your main responsibilities include contacting potential customers, collaborating with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You'll report to the Benelux Inside Sales Leader. Additionally, you'll source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and how your products can enhance patient care is essential. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest will help you meet quarterly targets and expand your prospect database. You'll work with channel partners to build the sales pipeline, conduct effective online demos, and ensure timely management of quotations and renewals for focus customers, maintaining operational excellence.

Wat jij mee brengt

The requirements for this role are: 
  • Inside Sales experience or Field sales experience (experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus);
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Dutch, French and English);
  • Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Self Motivated, driven to succeed and willingness-to-learn mindset;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook;
  • Team Player.
Successful execution of the role implies a broad set of established competencies. The ability for continued personal and professional growth is viewed as key to sustained contribution in this role.
