This organisation is an early-stage IVD diagnostics company building the infrastructure to field and support transforming products in the clinical microbiology market in the coming months. In this organisation, you have ambitious, driven, relationship-focused, and experienced professionals surrounding you that work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Required attributes include relevant experience, a positive attitude, and flexibility to handle typical growing pains of a fast-growing early-phase start-up company.

Nature and Scope of Work:

As Sales and Product Specialist Spain, you are responsible for the development of the product in the Spanish market. Currently, they have a strong distribution network for the market and are scaling up towards direct sales to customers in the Spanish region. This gives you the opportunity to solely develop this market further and be the face of the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to making market indications for potential sales areas, bringing new clients on board and developing existing accounts, drawing up marketing campaigns along with the marketing department, and giving application training on the use of the product portfolio.

The ideal candidate profile looks the following:

  • A related degree to Microbiology is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to live/relocate to Belgium
  • Related sales or marketing background
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Proactive and hands-on mindset
