Commercial Project Manager - De Waal

The role of Commercial Project Manager has been created because “de Wit Speciality Oils” is involved in a European project to help make the vegetable oil business more sustainable. In this project, “de Wit Speciality Oils” will test a new extraction methodology, which apart from being a sustainable alternative, will most likely yield other interesting ingredients. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to manage all aspects of the project with the partners involved. Also, the Commercial Project Manager will be responsible to identify ingredients that might have a commercial value to roll out to clients. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for:

• Responsible for developing strategy, planning, budget and reports
• Solving any organisational problems
• Setting project priorities
• Actively working to find new business opportunities within the project
• Manage analysis of potential ingredient profitability, suggesting thresholds for new products
• Supporting the new product development pipeline with clearly identified market/application
• Working with sales and marketing to identify and develop commercial propositions for new ingredients
