For global medical devices organisation active in orthopaedics segment, we have an all-round customer experience position for ambitious and eager French speaking professionals. The company is a significant player in the industry and specifically in the United States, and has a stand-alone entity located in Rotterdam area for the European market. This location has an open and cozy atmosphere, and employs about twenty young and ambitious employees.
The Customer Experience Specialist mainly responsible for the French speaking clients, suppliers, partners or other stakeholders in the European region. In this role your responsibility is managing the order to cash process, loan processes, procurement, and incoming calls and customer inquiries. Besides, you are handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to the customer to ensure high quality service. This location has a small warehouse, where you will also be partly handling supply chain related tasks and shipments to our clients.
