QTC Recruitment is a young and fast growing recruitment organisation specialised in the European life sciences industry and looking for a Senior Consultant Denmark. Within the life sciences industry, we are primarily focused on the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food (sciences) and medical devices industry. We work for innovative start-ups as well as for big international organisations. Our mission is to fulfil the recruitment needs of our clients and candidates in an innovative way. We have got the ambition to expand our organisation to Denmark and therefore enlarge our team. At this moment, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Denmark to join our team.
As a Senior Consultant Denmark, you are responsible for the development of your own market. Within this market, you will be actively working on business development, account management and give meaning to the recruitment needs of our clients. In this role, you will have your own meetings with hiring clients and you are able to translate their wishes to a steady account of which you will fill vacancies on a regular basis.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be building up your personal network within the branch you are active in. You need to have an active network to be able to deliver candidates within a short time-frame. You will write creative vacancy texts for clients as well. You will seek matching candidates through internal and external sources and translate their wishes and requirements to vacancies which fit the best. You will match the needs of clients with appropriate candidate profiles through a thorough interview. You are responsible for the selection of candidates which match the vacancy best and present them to the client. After that, you will plan the interviews together with clients and prepare the candidates for the interview. You will follow up with candidates after the interview regarding an offer or rejection of the client. In case of an offer, you will have to lead the process to guarantee success. After the placement, you will have contact with the client and candidate to make sure that everything is going allright at their new employer.
Regarding business development activities, you will contact multiple business units at bigger organisations to enlarge the activities at our clients and you will push and pull contact organisations to recruit new clients. Thereby, you will visit international events related to the market you are active in. In regard to account management, you will have active contact with our clients to obtain new tasks and your are the point of contact for clients. Thereby, you will schedule meetings with clients to advance relations. You will advise clients to fill their vacancies based on your knowledge of the market. You will manage the bigger (RPO) contracts to get more out of the contracts. You recognise buying signals and know how to turn them into vacancies.
