For one of the top players within the Medical Devices industry, we are looking for a Service & Support Training Specialist. With facilities all over the world, they are working on innovative solutions which help people worldwide. Because of the focus on supporting patients, they are looking for a Customer Support Trainer to help staff and clients with their performance on helping patients.
As the Service & Support Training Specialist, you are solely responsible for optimizing the performance of all staff and related clients. In the role, you analyze points of improvement, assemble several programs en give training on how to maintain or improve the support to patients. The working activities are mainly done from the office in Heerlen and 20% at the office in the area of Düsseldorf. In this role, you are able to restructure the process of several pieces in the support department. For this, you are not only optimizing the performance but also track several parameters to show the improvements within the organisation.
