As the QC Manager, you develop and own the Manufacturing QC Strategy, define and lead the Annual Tactic Plan, and ensure compliance with the Business Management System. You oversee quality control on products and processes, including document control and non-conformity management. You execute manufacturing audits and represent SCM during external audits. Driving compliancy in tool management and calibration is also part of your responsibility. You establish and analyse KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed. Managing department capacity, recruitment, training, and resource utilisation are crucial aspects of your role. You lead projects, maintain safety standards, liaise with stakeholders, and develop staff capabilities within the QC function. Your focus is on fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment, mentoring junior leaders, and effectively managing the team.
