• Strong academic background (Bachelor's in bioscience, biotechnology, or a related field preferred).
• Experience in business development or a similar commercial role.
• Familiarity with microbiology and genomics technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Experience in cold acquisition.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
