As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the following functions: Leading the drafting and approval of the engineering annual plan alongside the global operations team. Managing and mentoring the engineering department on delivering major process continuous improvement process projects. Ensuring day to day engineering activities are organised and prioritised in a manner that enables Operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Identification and implementation of best practices for the Engineering Team related to engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures, including collaboration with other global manufacturing sites. Ensure strong communication and collaboration across functions and departments such as Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Commercial and Professional Affairs. Validation knowledge on Medical devices industry – IQ/OQ/PQ.
