In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install and commission new equipment

• Maintain and service our customers’ installed equipment

• Work closely with sales to support trials and demonstrations

• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication

• Proficient use of service IT systems to accurately record and report information

• Support regional revenue targets through service contracts and additional services to customers

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone

• Willingness to travel abroad for personal training
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands to customer sites
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
• Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets

• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry
