18 JUL 24': For our client, a pioneering expert in Microbial Genome Analysis services, we are now seeking an Inside Sales Manager to further develop & maintain the current client portfolio in combination with leading and developing the team. This role is especially interesting as the services offered are wide ranging across several different industries including; biotech/pharmaceuticals, personal care, animal health, food sciences, allowing the organisation to be relevant and preferred for many of their clients.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, leading a team of inside sales representatives, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and service delivery. Your activities will roughly be divided into the following areas: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives/account managers; Monitor and analyse customer usage of services; Implement customer feedback loops to refine service delivery; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings; Implement strategies to improve service levels.

To excel as the leader of this team, contributing to the growth of the organisation you bring along the following experience/expertise:

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or inside sales, in service organisations within biotechnology or life sciences sector (CDMO, CRO's, Lab services);
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire the sales division;
Strong analytical capabilities to monitor and analyse customer data insights;
Outstanding collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
Deep commitment and interest to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
