As Business Operations and Analytics Manager, you will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution. Reporting directly to the CEO and CSO, you will hold a key position driving both operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will manage operational workflows and assist with project management. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis to align R&D projects with the company’s commercial needs and collaborate with CROs and external partners to advance research and commercial projects. You will also support grant writing efforts and help secure funding through programs such as Horizon Europe and Eurostars. Furthermore, you will assist in budgeting and resource allocation to ensure the efficient use of company assets. Finally, you will occasionally contribute to PR efforts by managing both internal and external communications.

We are seeking a candidate with strong operational expertise and business development experience. This role is ideal for someone with:

•    A Master's degree (PhD is a plus).
•    At least 3 years of experience in operations, with some exposure to business development.
•    Familiarity with grant writing and CRO collaboration.
•    Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
•    A biotechnology background, either through education or professional experience.
