As the Packaging Sustainability & Capabilities Leader, you'll drive the development and execution of sustainable packaging strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the R&I Packaging Lab and newly established Design studio to enhance the capabilities through strategic investments. As the Packaging Sustainability & Capabilities Leader, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing sustainable packaging strategies aligned with the environmental goals. Your role involves researching and assessing sustainable packaging materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate solutions into designs, and monitoring KPIs for continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll establish partnerships to promote sustainability throughout the supply chain, provide guidance to stakeholders, and oversee packaging prototype development for quality and sustainability.
