In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and efficacy of the company’s products by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting adverse drug reactions in compliance with global regulatory requirements. As a Pharmacovigilance Officer, you will be responsible for case intake, processing, and submission of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with EMA and global pharmacovigilance regulations. You will support signal detection activities, risk management planning, and ensure proper documentation of safety data in line with SOPs and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP). Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Clinical to ensure product safety throughout the product lifecycle.
