As Product Specialist, you will be the go-to person for knowledge around the entire product portfolio (what each product does, and how to explain their usage and production processes). You are able to actively identify areas for improvement during visits to their manufacturers. To demonstrate this great knowledge you will give trainings for different groups of various sizes. For larger groups, you leverage resources, such as videos, to ensure all participants reach a minimum knowledge level to effectively use the products. Before conducting a training session, you ensure you understand what to expect and adapt your training strategy accordingly. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to implement the products as smoothly as possible, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. When a complaint is received, you are able to handle and resolve it independently. Lastly, you will occasionally work in the organisation's pharmacy.
