Experience:

• Extensive background in a management role within a highly regulated production environment.

• Familiar with developing and implementing major organisational changes.

• Knowledge of and experience with cultural change.

• Experience with Lean working and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrable thinking level in the direction of Technical Business Administration, engineering or life sciences, supplemented with relevant QA training.

• Fluent within Dutch and English
