The core value I identify most with is "connection" across cultures, industries, and people.

This comes naturally to me given my background spanning multiple countries and industries. Whether working with a candidate exploring their next career move or a client looking to strengthen their engineering team, I believe that genuine connection and trust are what drive lasting results.

My background is rooted in international business and marketing. After completing my secondary education in Sweden, I moved to Barcelona to earn my Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Digital Marketing. Over the following five years, I built my career as a marketing specialist across Turkey, England, and Sweden, working within FinTech and financial services companies. This commercial experience gave me a strong understanding of fast-paced, innovation-driven industries, a foundation that translates directly into how I approach recruitment today. I made the move to Amsterdam to pursue a new challenge and joined QTC Recruitment, where I now focus on placing engineers and R&D specialists within the MedTech industry.

In my role, I support both candidates and clients across the MedTech sector. For candidates — whether early in their careers or seasoned specialists — I focus on understanding their motivations and helping them identify the right next step. For clients, I work to deeply understand the technical requirements and team dynamics behind each vacancy, ensuring that the professionals I place are not just qualified but genuinely the right fit.

A global perspective in a specialised field

Growing up between Turkey and Sweden and later living in Spain and the Netherlands has shaped the way I communicate and collaborate. I'm comfortable navigating different cultural expectations and communication styles, which I find invaluable when working in an international industry like MedTech. This cross-cultural fluency, combined with my commercial background in marketing and digital strategy, allows me to approach recruitment with both people-first empathy and strategic thinking.

Creating value in Life Science

For me, creating value means being a reliable, transparent partner throughout the entire process — from the first conversation to long after a placement is made. I aim to build relationships that go beyond a single vacancy, contributing to the long-term growth of both the professionals and the organizations I work with.
