After completing my bachelor’s degree in commercial economics, I learned during the COVID period how important it is to stay dynamic and adapt quickly. My background in sales and marketing has given me valuable insight into what truly matters in recruitment: understanding people, their motivations, and how organizations can make the best use of their talents.

I am a genuine people person. Helping candidates take the next step in their careers and supporting their professional development gives me energy. At the same time, I believe maintaining strong relationships with clients is just as important.
