As an Associate, you will work closely with both candidates and clients.On the client side, you will work on active recruitment assignments, develop an understanding of organizations and their hiring needs, and gradually build the commercial and market knowledge required to advise clients effectively. You will identify and engage with professionals within your specialist market, understand their experience and assess where there may be a strong fit.You will receive practical training, coaching and increasing responsibility, with a clear path towards becoming a consultant.Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients with active hiring needs and recruitment assignments
• Building strong knowledge of your specialist Life Sciences market.
• Conducting targeted searches and identifying relevant professionals
• Contributing ideas to refining the recruitment and consulting processes

  

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and interested in the sphere. Previous recruitment or sales experience can be useful, but it is not essential. More important is your motivation to learn and take ownership of your work.You could be a strong match if you have:

• A genuine interest in developing a commercial career in the life sciences industry
• Strong communication and relation-building skills
• A proactive mindset and the drive to work towards clear results
• Curiosity about businesses, markets and what drives their hiring decisions
• WO or HBO educational background is preferable
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
