As the Environment, Health & Safety Leader, you will lead the EHS function during an important phase of transformation. You will provide the leadership, structure, and direction needed to build a high-performing organization, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and uphold world-class standards in environment, health, and safety. Your ability to create alignment, inspire teams, and bring stability to complex environments will be key to long-term success.

We're looking for someone who excels at navigating change, creating stability, and building high-performing teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

•  An M.Sc. degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field strongly preferred;
•  More than 10 years of experience leading EHS programs within multinational and highly regulated organizations;Experience operating at senior leadership level and influencing executive stakeholders;
• A proven track record of leading teams through change and transformation;
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with Lead Auditor certification considered an advantage;
• Extensive experience with legal compliance, risk assessments, and audits;
• The ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams;
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are welcomed but not required;
