As a Maintenance Technician E&I, you are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and optimizing electrical and instrumentation systems within a complex production environment, ensuring the technical reliability of installations and contributing to safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing processes. In this role, you perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on E&I systems, diagnose and resolve technical failures to minimize downtime, and support the reliable operation of production and utility equipment. You work in accordance with GMP guidelines, safety standards and quality procedures while analysing recurring technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you support engineering and reliability projects where required, collaborate closely with production, engineering teams and external service providers, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Besides a hands-on mentality, you must recognize yourself in the following;

• Technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or similar).
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Experience within a regulated production environment (pharma, biotech, food or chemical industry preferred) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and structured problem-solving methods.
