As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be the leader of the design and construction of projects while working with some of the biggest names in the industry. You will play a key role in the developing – from coordinating control projects to implementing and maintain suitable procedures, creating full control and execution. Being a team player will be essential in this role – you will be reporting to the senior leadership of the company about the ongoing projects, while also giving the team feedback.Other key responsibilities are:

• Carry out detailed resource and time planning for projects;
• Arrange and contribute to project reviews such as cost, programme process, quality and many more;
• Support of the business development, work proposals, tenders and client meetings;
• Be flexible in your role when needed: from Construction Field Engineer to other needed roles;
• Embrace a versatile role, such as a Construction Field Engineer, with opportunities to support other project functions—broadening your experience and impact across the project;
• Assist in Quality Audits of the project team and its work;
• Steering the team and project to ensure deliverables and milestones are always achieved.

What you should bring to the company is wide experience as a Project Manager using project management principles (like PMP or Prince2), preferable in the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences sector. Alongside this, it is important you add the following to the organization:

• Degree/master’s in engineering (or similar) field;
• Project Management Certification (preferred);
• Proven ability to manage cost, quality, timelines and stakeholder relationships effectively;
• Successfully lead and develop projects and inspire the teams you are leading;
• Strong organizational, communication and management skills;
• Ability to manage concurrent projects simultaneously.
