As a Business Development Manager - B2B, You have a hybrid role where approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to driving sales growth while the remaining 20% will focus on enhancing and measuring customer experience.
You will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and on-site visits, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. By gaining a deep understanding of client needs, you will demonstrate how our solutions create real value.
You will manage and expand your professional network, maintaining accurate records of prospects within your territory, and develop a solid pipeline aligned with strategic goals. Delivering compelling online and in-person presentations and product demonstrations will be central to your success. Additionally, you will handle quotations, proposals, and contract renewals with precision and timeliness, while working closely with internal teams to analyze customer experience data and implement actionable improvements.

Wat jij mee brengt
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 4–12 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in MedTech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience in partnership management, including screening, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is an advantage).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within a commercial environment.
