As a Clinical Team Lead, you will coordinate the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and oversee site management, working closely with the Project Manager. You will be exposed to project management aspects, with the opportunity to develop yourself and prepare for the potential step to project manager. You will communicate directly with the sponsor regarding trial updates and assist in designing and writing the project plan. As a point of contact for the team, you will manage clinical activities across regions, ensuring alignment with performance indicators and quality standards. Additionally, you will support the development of CRAs through training on protocols, regulations, and study procedures.

You, as the ideal Clinical Team Lead will recognise yourself in the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or other relevant field;
• 2+ years experience as Sr. CRA in biotech, pharmaceutical industry or related industry;
• 5+ years overall clinical operations experience;
• Experience with regulatory, EC submissions and start-up phase of clinical studies;
• Strong command of the English language;
