As a QA Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance department, overseeing daily operations, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as the main contact for quality matters, you will manage client agreements, audit preparations, and regulatory inspections. Your role involves ensuring compliance with quality systems, overseeing change control and deviations, and driving process improvements. You will implement and enhance the Quality Management System, translate regulatory requirements into practice, and provide expertise on raw materials, batch records, and validation processes. Additionally, you will support facility and equipment qualification while fostering a strong quality culture through training and development initiatives.

You, as the ideal QA Manager will recognise yourself in the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or other relevant field,
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,
• Good command of the English language,
• Excellent technical writing skills
