As Senior Scientist you will be instrumental in the growth of this organisation as you will lead an innovative R&D project while managing a small team of technicians. Acting as the bridge between various collaborators, you will oversee the development, qualification, validation, and implementation of a new diagnostic test. It will require working with both established and emerging methods, including single-cell analysis, MACS, cell sorting, NGS, and qPCR. This is a full-time, on-site position that demands a problem-solving mindset and continuously exploring ways to improve and optimize the process, ensuring it meets both scientific and business objectives.
